RWCS provides services on an 'as-is' basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misconduct. In such cases, fees paid may not be refunded.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Assam, India.
